Winter Skills training for girls 8u through 12U. This year we are excited to offer a 6- weeks off-season training series for the girls. These sessions will be hosted at All Star Sports Academy in West Chester. The girls have made tremendous progress this year. To maintain that momentum we are offering our new winter skills series. We are working with our coaches to create a customized curriculum that will help the girls hit the ground running in the spring. There will be a focus on hitting, fielding, base running, speed and agility
